Transition District to I-L, Limited Industrial with a PUD condition (southern 60 acres) and RLP, Low Density Planned Residential with a PUD condition (northern 80 acres); and a condition requiring any residential development on the property to be at a minimum overall average net density of 6 dwelling units per acre. June 17 Conceptual Review for the Country Club Farms Overall Development Plan and PUD. (Please see attached copy of Conceptual Review letter and comments) July New City Street Standards adopted.
