It is our understanding that there may be other projects ahead of this one which would have this same requirement. Item No. 5 - Again we are working with Mike Herzig to resolve these issues. There are questions we have regarding the improvements that will be addressed at time of final design. Item No. 6 - Mike Herzig has received copies of the preliminary design for the grade separated interchange. Item No. 9 - Comments from Stormwater Utility have been addressed as a separate attachment. Item 10 a & b - By others Item No. 14 - Based on conceptual review, we were informed that service for this site would be provided by ELCO. The comments we received indicated that service would now be provided by the City of Fort Collins. Based on a telephone call from Webb Jones on April 9, 1997, ELCO has now agreed to provide service. Northern Engineering will be providing a revised site plan to ELCO, and will coordinate design of water system based on this revised site. Item No. 16 - Will be accounted for in final design. Comments regarding the preliminary plat have been noted, and will be accommodated with the final plat for the site. (NES) received regarding the Waterfield PUD Preliminary. Other items related to planning and landscaping will be addressed under separate cover by other consultants. Primarily, our response will be to comments posed by City Water and Wastewater, Stormwater, and Engineering. Response to comments from your letter dated February 14, 1997 to Cathy Mathis: Item No. 1 - By others Items No. 2, 11, 12, 14 - Items pertinent to utilities can be addressed at time of final design. When final design for this site is submitted, we will request that the City schedule a Utility coordination meeting to insure that all affected utility's concerns are met. Items 3 through 7 - By others Item 8 - General comments by Engineering Item 1 - All of the additional Right -of -Way requirements are now being shown on the revised site plan. In addition to the additional 55' of Right -of -Way, we have included an additional 15' for utility easements.
