Dear Sirs:
On May 19, 1997 the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins approved the
above mentioned project including the following variances and condition:
1. A Variance to Criteria 2 of Point Chart J
2. A Variance to All -Development Criteria A-1.1 "Solar Orientation"
3. Approval of a request for 18 four -bedroom multi -family dwelling units as part
of the Bull Run Apartments.
Condition:
1. That negotiations between staff and the applicant continue regarding the
wetlands.
