BOX 469 FORT COLLINS, CO 80522-0469 VIA HAND DELIVERY On behalf of Country Club Farms, L.L.C., please be advised that the Waterfield P.U.D. received preliminary approval from the Planning and Zoning Board on May 19, 1997, and Waterfield P.U.D., First Filing Final was given final approval on September 18, 1997. No appeal or referendum of the final approval has been filed and the time for filing has expired. Therefore, in accordance with Paragraph 2.a. of the Escrow Agreement dated May 9, 1997 between Country Club Farms, L.L.C. and the City of Fort Collins, we request that the Deed of Dedication for the park site which is currently being held in escrow by you, be delivered to the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County for recording in the real property records. Following recording, we request that copies of the recorded Deed of Dedication be delivered to our office and to Country Club Farms, L.L.C. at the addresses given in the Escrow Agreement. Thank you.
