ISSUE: Approved Application for Priority Development Processing, Waterfield PUD 2A,
Country Club Farms
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE:
Waterfield PUD, located at the northwest corner of Vine Drive and County Road 9, is a 140
acre, mixed residential development that includes a total of 488 units. Approximately 60% of
the units, or 296, are proposed to be affordable housing. This project has been identified as
being eligible for the City's Priority Development Processing Program. There will be two
developers undertaking the affordable units in the project, Senior Cottages of America ands the
Brisben Companies.
Please facilitate priority development processing for this project. The applicant has indicated
that plans have already been submitted for development review. If you have any questions
