RE: Rafferty's Fort Collins
WDA # 9509
Dear Allan;
We have addressed the questions that have been raised on the review of
the preliminary plans for The Fort Collins Rafferty s with the following
exceptions:
1. Several comments that were made on sheet SD-1 were requesting
information that was on sheet SU-1. The only purpose that was intended for
sheet SD-1 was to outline the drainage area for the detention basin. In order
to avoid this confession the drainage divide was added to sheet SU-1 and
Sheet SD-1 was eliminated.
2. The exact location of the existing sanitary sewer manholes have not been
determined at this time. This information will be obtained during the detailed
survey of the property and will be shown on final plans.
3. The exact size of internal piping of storm drainage from the parking lot to the
detention basin have not been determined at present and will be furnished to
the City with the final plans.
4. The Final plat and dedication of the drainage easements required will be
completed after the boundary and topographic survey of the property is
completed and furnished to the City at the time final plans are submitted.
If you have any questions please contact us.
Yours
Walter H. Davidson, P.E.
