Gas Meters & Transformers are noted to be screened from view as required, and the
transformer will not be located on a main road.

Per May 02, 1995 phone conversation with Steve Olt and Clark Mapes, the revised Phase
II layout has been schematically indicated as to its future relationship with Rafferty's
Restaurant Phase I. Future preliminary approval for Phase II will be required.

Rafferty's Restaurant controls the entire site - Phases I & H. Again, Phase 11 is
preliminarily planned for future Preliminary PUD submittal. A pedestrian path through
the site will satisfy the Harmony Corridor /Plan Standards & Guidelines.

The building shall be fully sprinklered. The existing fire hydrants are indicated on the
drawings - two (2) on Boardwalk and one (1) on Whalers Way. Additional fire hydrants as
required will be added to Phase H in the future.

those of Lose and Associates to all Preliminary P.U.D. comments for the referenced project,
as well as the original comments and redmarks. All of the various Department written and
graphic comments have been addressed.
