Barnes - March 28, 1995 DEPARTMENT: BUILDING INSPECTION Comments of Sharon Getz - March 28, 1995 Comment Response 1: Building will be fully sprinklered Comment Response 2: Exterior walls, openings, etc. shall be rated per the Code Comment Response 3: The building and site are fully accessible to the handicapped. Handicap site details are included on the drawings. Six (6) handicap parking spaces are provided. Future Phase hydrant requirements will be addressed and met during future Phase II submittals. Hydrant locations are shown on plans. Slagle - March 28, 1995 See the responses of Lose & Associates DEPARTMENT: TRANSPORTATION Comments of Rossith - March 24, 1995 No Comments 3 May 04, 1995 RESPONSES TO WRITTEN COMMENTS DEPARTMENT: PLANNING Comments of Steve Olt, Project Planner - April 17, 1995 Comment #1 Response Gas Meters & Transformers are noted to be screened from view as required, and the transformer will not be located on a main road. Comment #2 Response A11 R T. U. 's are noted as screened by a privacy wall Comment #3 Response Trash enclosure noted as being screened at the buildings rear Comment #4 Response Utilities have been designated on the revised plans. Comment #5 Response Per May 02, 1995 phone conversation with Steve Olt and Clark Mapes, the revised Phase II layout has been schematically indicated as to its future relationship with Rafferty's Restaurant Phase I. Future preliminary approval for Phase II will be required. Comment #6 Response Rafferty's Restaurant controls the entire site - Phases I & H. Again, Phase 11 is preliminarily planned for future Preliminary PUD submittal. A pedestrian path through the site will satisfy the Harmony Corridor /Plan Standards & Guidelines. Comment #7 Response The building shall be fully sprinklered. The existing fire hydrants are indicated on the drawings - two (2) on Boardwalk and one (1) on Whalers Way. All of the various Department written and graphic comments have been addressed.
