The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, April 24, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Milan P.U.D. - Preliminary
and Final, #11-95.
Request for a change of use to auto sales for an existing 956 s.f.
structure located at 806 n. College Avenue and zoned HP, Highway
Business.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
