Uses include: free standing department stores; auction rooms; auto- mobile service stations, repair facilities, car washes; boat, car, trailer, motorcycle showrooms, sales and repair; fuel and ice sales; greenhouses and nurseries; warehouses and storage; repair or rental of any article; exterminating shops; drive-in restaurants; adult bookstores; eating places with adult' amusement or entertainment; adult photo studios; adult theatres; any uses intended to provide adult amusement or entertainment; and, other uses which are of the same general character.
