This rezoning is fully described in City Council Ordinance Number 61, 1995 which was adopted on Second Reading by City Council on June 6, 1995. This document is on record with the City Clerk's office. Please note that comments regarding the request for a Planned Unit Development for a Garden Shop with Retail Sales are forthcoming.
