RE: Novovesky Rezoning - Ordinance Number 61, 1995
Dear Michael and Florence:
Please note for your records that the three acre parcel, as
described in the legal description of the Rezoning Petition, has
been rezoned from R-E, Residential Estate, to I-P, Industrial Park,
with a Planned Unit Development Condition. This rezoning is fully
described in City Council Ordinance Number 61, 1995 which was
adopted on Second Reading by City Council on June 6, 1995. This
document is on record with the City Clerk's office.
Please note that comments regarding the request for a Planned Unit
Development for a Garden Shop with Retail Sales are forthcoming.
As always, please call our office if there are any questions or
concerns regarding the action by City Council.
