I have also delivered copies of this to Mike Herzig and Basil Harridan. The required response to the utility plans redlines were minimal. Everything is in order with Storm Water. Following up my conversations with Kerrie and Mike, we are trying to get the development agreement out ASAP. Development agreement information sheet was submitted to the City in July. Anything you can do to assist me in completing the development agreement would be greatly appreciated. Call me if you see anything I can do to facilitate the process or any problems I can assist in resolving. Thanks.
