LICENSE TO ENTER PRIVATE PROPERTY
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, a Colorado Municipal Corporation, is
the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado,
legally described in that Treasurer's Deed recorded at Reception
Number 92066317 in the Larimer County Records, does hereby grant
permission to Lagunitas Landings Inc., its employees, authorized
agents, contractors, and assigns to enter the property shown on
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, for the sole purpose of constructing a storm drainage
swale in accordance with the Utility Plans for Landings Office Park
P.U.D., dated July 7, 1995.

RE: Landings
Here is a copy of the off premises storm drainage easement which has been executed
by the City. I have also delivered copies of this to Mike Herzig and Basil Harridan.
The required response to the utility plans redlines were minimal. Everything is in order
with Storm Water.
Following up my conversations with Kerrie and Mike, we are trying to get the
development agreement out ASAP.
Development agreement information sheet was submitted to the City in July.
Anything you can do to assist me in completing the development agreement would be
greatly appreciated. Call me if you see anything I can do to facilitate the process or
any problems I can assist in resolving.
