The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, July 24, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed
Project is commonly known as Novovesky Garden Center PUD -
Preliminary and Final, #13-95A.
The applicant is requesting an 8,000 s.f. garden center on 1.5
acres with an existing residence on the remaining 1.5 acres located
at 4125 Timberline Road, south of Caribou Drive, zoned IP,
Industrial Park.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within at least 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
