Please consider the following as our comments regarding the
appeal of Marsee PUD (#14-95) filed by John & Beverlee Biggs and
the Andersons.
We are the owners of property at 1309 Southridge Drive in Ft.
Collins.
We definitely support the appeal and do not believe that they
should consider allowing a variance for conversion to duplex type
housing.
