Re�: Request to add an attached 2-car garage, with a separate living

Dear neighbors;
Wendell and I are in, the process of applying fora permit to
add -a 2-garage with a separate living -unit above to our property.
We are required to go through the planned unit development (PUD)
review process with •the city prior to issuance of a building
permit. This garage we feel will help not only increase the, value
of our home and yours, but also will provide us with an area for
our cars and miscellaneous items we are unable to store at this
time. Our four children, and of course toys that go along with
these children; seem -to have taken -over --our yard.
We are hoping to start -building this :spring and plan to be
done within a couple of months after that.
