Dear Sirs: On April 24, 1995, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins approved the above referenced project with the following conditions: 1. At the time of final P.U.D. review and approval, a location drawing for an off -site drainage easement across City -owned property southeast of this development must be submitted to the City by this developer. Also, submission, of written approval from the Larimer County Canal #2 to accept the drainage flows from this development must be made. 2. A minimum parking ratio of 3.7 spaces per 1,000 s.f. of finished space be maintained. 3. Building square footage be limited to 36,000. If you have any questions, please call our office at 221-6750.
