College Ave. Suite 200, Fort Collins, CO 80525 303 226 5000 • FAX 226 5125 IFZ Pages Including Cover Sheet: TO: Steve Olt FROM: Jon Prouty DATE: February 20, 1995 RE: Landings / Traffic Following up my meeting with you Friday, you are agreeable to a slightly delayed traffic report for the Landings Office Park provided this is agreeable to Tom Vossburg. 6 After meeting with you, I met with Tom Vossburg at length. Following up our previous conversations, he was agreeable because of the work we have been doing on traffic and because of the exceptional reasons here to allow the traffic report submittal to be delayed on or before Monday, February 27th. The exceptional reasons you and I and he have discussed are: A. The paramount long term traffic planning need which I have been working on to, if at all possible, achieve not only access from Boardwalk but also from Landings and JFK. I have been successful in both respects. B. The fact that belatedly the traffic engineer we were relying on could not proceed with this project and therefore I have transferred traffic engineering to Matt Dellich who has spoken with the City and has agreed to do the traffic report required in the time frame now required. C. Our consideration of the long term need to achieve a JFK access which aligns with the current access to Shopko. This access will be required to be incorporated in the Schrader property PUD when such property is developed. We have agreed to provide a fourth access point from our property which will permit this connection and future access to JFK in addition to the three other accesses we are providing (JFK directly from property, Boardwalk and Landings). If you have any further questions, Steve, give me a call. Thank you for your understanding and assistance with regard to this exception. TRAFFIC REPORT Is being completed by Matt Dellich and will be submitted as agreed with Steve Olt and Tom Vossburg on or before Monday, February 27, 1995. See attached memo of explanation.
