The anticipated Phase II office area will require parking and this is a logical area. In order to continue the pedestrian path, required by the Planning Department, bisecting the site from Whaler's Way to Harmony Road, future Phase H parking space will be at a premium, and the area in question has been developed as such. This area cannot receive building footprint due to its contiguous layout with the detention area. By putting the parking there now, future construction monies can be saved by not having to demolish and rebuild the curbs and detention areas. This facade sign presents the only semi -unobstructed vantage from the intersection of Boardwalk and Harmony, in that, landscaping is dense on the southside of the building overlooking the Harmony Corridor. Lower perennials or shrubbery could be an option in lieu of larger trees; however, no revisions have been made at this time.
