mailing list was not included with the submittal. City Code requires that all APO's within a minimum
of 500' from the property, in all directions, be notified of the time and place of the required public
hearing, where a decision on the request will be given by the Current Planning Director. Preparation
of the APO list is the responsibility of the applicant. A map showing the area to be notified is attached
to this letter.

This project requires a drainage and erosion control report and plan. Stormwater made
this comment at the Conceptual Review Meeting and has discussed it with Stewart and
Associates but have not received any information to review. Until the information is
submitted and accepted we recommend this minor subdivision not be considered for
approval.

Enclosed are Project Comment Sheets from the City Engineering, Stormwater Utility,
Mapping/Surveying, and Water/Wastewater Departments for the Snyder Minor Subdivision
request that is being reviewed by City staff. I have received these comments since the last letter to
you dated January 2, 1996 (copy attached). No revised plats have been received to date
addressing the concerns expressed by the City departments and reviewing agencies that have
responded.
Basil Hamdan and Glen Schlueter of the Stormwater Utility indicated (via telephone 1/18/96)
that they have not yet seen any drainage report and erosion control plan that was stated to be
required at the Concept Review meeting on September 18, 1995 (copy attached). Please be aware
of several requirements to be set forth with the Minor Subdivision plat, as conveyed by the
Planning Department at the Concept Review meeting on 9/18. The requirements are expressed
in Comment 2, concerning land use and intensity on the proposed lots, limitation on timing of
subsequent minor subdivision of the property, information to be shown on this plat, required
signatures on the plat, and the fencing on Lot 1.
Please submit 10 prints of the revised subdivision plat as soon as possible so that they can be
routed to the appropriate departments and reviewing agencies for additional comments. Due to
several significant issues to be resolved, it is not possible to schedule an administrative public with
the Current Planning Director for a decision on the minor subdivision request.
