The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 26, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Loomis Building, Phase I -
Building Height Over 40' Review, #26-95.
The applicant is requesting an addition of a third story on an
existing two-story structure at 213-217 Linden Street. The
addition would increase the overall building height to 441.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact me
