The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 26, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Third
Fisher-Lemay Avenue Annexation and Zoning, #25-95.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone 39.42 acres located
east of Lemay Avenue, south of Lincoln Avenue, approximately 900
feet north of Mulberry Street. The requested zoning is BP, Planned
Business, with a PUD condition.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
