The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, August 21, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed
project is commonly known as Freight Depot PUD - Preliminary, #29-
95.
The applicant is requesting 3 lots of office (70,000 and 10,000
s.f.), and office/retail (18,000 s.f.) on 2.4 acres located at the
southeast corner of Mason and Maple Streets and zoned IG, General
Industrial.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your
neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing,
written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area, plus others in the general area
who may be interested based on current County Assessor's records.
