The developer, Kaufman and Broad Multi -Housing Group, is proposing to complete the approved Woodlands P.U.D., 2nd Filing (a 120 unit multi -family residential project on 9.8 acres) located at the northeast corner of South Shields Street and West Harmony Road. This project received final approval from City Council on August 5, 1980 and has a vested development right. The existing land uses surrounding this site are the Woodlands P.U.D. to the north and east, Front Range Community College to the south, and undeveloped property to the west. The purpose of this meeting on February 13th is to inform the surrounding neighborhoods of the current status of the approved project and enable the developer to present proposed design and layout changes. A representative of the City Planning Department will be present to facilitate the meeting. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
