Our initial request is to change the original P.U.D. name from Woodlands Condominiums
P.U.D. to Woodlands Apartments P.U.D. In addition, we are requesting to change building
A from a residential building to a recreation center containing the manager's office, rental
office, mail room, kitchen retreat, a large party/game/assembly room and an attached
laundry room. A community of 120 units necessitates such a facility. We are also
requesting to add a residential building, to be called building H, in the southeast corner of
the site (Please see attached site plan). Please note that the additional building does not
increase the number of units approved in the original P.U.D. The parking plat will need
to change to accommodate the addition of building H. Finally, the unit mix will change
from 60 one bedrooms and 60 two bedrooms to 16 one bedrooms, 68 two bedrooms and 36
three bedrooms. The change to three bedroom units is being requested to meet the high
demand for large family units in the City of Fort Collins.
