This development proposal is located at the southwest corner of Prospect Road and Shields Street. As many of you are aware, Prospect park P.U.D. consists of 41,500 square feet of retail/office/bank and possibly a daycare facility. This square footage is distributed among four buildings. The anchor tenant would be a 15,000 square foot Payless Drugstore in a separate building. The site is 7.1 acres. Prospect Park P.U.D. received Preliminary P.U.D. approval, with conditions, on June 26, 1995. The applicants are seeking Final approval which is tentatively scheduled for March 25, 1996. Notification of the Final P.U.D. hearing will be provided under separate cover. The purpose of the meeting is to review architectural details of the proposed buildings as well as review other aspects of the project. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
