SECOND NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING - 21-95 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING�l Comm Ay Planning and Environmenta -rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins May 10, 1995 Dear Resident: On Thursday, May 25, 1995 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Plymouth Congregational Church*, 916 West Prospect Road, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a second neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The proposal is known as the Mullaney Property located at the southwest corner of Prospect Road and Shields Street. For marketing purposes, the project is now referred to as Prospect Park. As mentioned, this will be the second neighborhood information meeting for this retail development. It will be recalled that the project would be anchored by Payless Drugstore in a 15,000 s.f. building. As proposed, other uses would include an office, medical, retail, restaurant and a two-story bank. These other uses total 45,300 square feet. Total leasable square footage would be 60,300 square feet on 7.1 acres. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
