The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 26, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Prospect Park PUD -
Preliminary, #21-95.
The applicant is requesting 60,300 s.f. divided among four
buildings for a bank, medical, office, retail & restaurant center
on 7.1 acres located at the southwest corner of Prospect Road and
Shields Street and zoned RP, Planned Residential.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
