RE: Snyder Annexation
Dear Gene,
This letter serves as notice of an incomplete submittal to the Fort
Collins Planning Department for the requested Snyder Annexation.
Enclosed you will find a copy of the "Annexation and Zoning Review"
section of the Development Manual which outlines the submittal
requirements, and an application form.
Submittal requirement A (Petition for Annexation) and a check for
$520 were submitted on April 24, 1995.
Submittal requirements B (statement of City land use policies), C
(annexation plat), D (application form), and E (mailing list and
mailing fee) must be received by the Current Planning Department by
12:00 noon on May 1, 1995 or the annexation request will not be
processed for the June 26, 1995 Planning and Zoning Board Hearing.
