Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 26, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Snyder
Annexation and Zoning, #22-95,A.
The applicant is requesting a 4.0104 acre annexation located on the
east side of North Shields at Vine Drive. The requested zoning is
C, Commercial with a condition that uses be limited to gas stations
and those uses permitted in the BL, limited business zoning
district.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
