The proposed annexation is commonly known as Snyder Annexation and Zoning, #22-95,A. The applicant is requesting a 4.0104 acre annexation located on the east side of North Shields at Vine Drive. The requested zoning is C, Commercial with a condition that uses be limited to gas stations and those uses permitted in the BL, limited business zoning district. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
