The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, August 21, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public
hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The
proposed projects are commonly known as First Amendment to Four
Seasons Overall Development Plan, Parcel H-1, #30-95, and Poudre
Valley Plaza PUD - Preliminary, #30-95A.
The applicant is requesting an amendment to Parcel H-1 of the
Overall Development Plan for Four Seasons from multi -family
residential to approximately 90,000 s.f. of
financial/office/retail/restaurant uses with a residential
component located at the southeast corner of West Horsetooth Road
and South Shields Street.
The applicant is also requesting preliminary approval for 90,000
s.f. of financial/office/retail/restaurant uses with a residential
component located at the southeast corner of West Horsetooth Road
and South Shields Street. The property is zoned RLP, Low Density
Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff
consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's
input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written
comments are welcome.
