Site plan has been revised to have units addressed off of public streets d. New street names have been used e. There are no alleys on the site, rather private drives 5. Natural Resources Department (no comments) 6. Zoning Department a. Three different housing types are now being used b. The site is one lot with building envelopes, all setbacks are being met 7. Engineering Department a. All of the streets have been renamed b. The streets and site have been redesigned c. The alleys have become private drives d.
