The project is known as Registry Ridge 4" Filing, Project Development Plan — Type I (LUC), File #32-95G. This is a request is for 44 duplex units on approximately 8.14 acres. The property is located west of South Shields Street, south of Bon Homme Richard Drive. The property is zoned LMN — Low Density Mixed Use Neighborhood. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor.
