On Thursday, July 26, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado, 80525, the Hearing Officer of the City of Fort Collins will hold a public hearing
to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as
Registry Ridge 4" Filing, Project Development Plan — Type I (LUC), File #32-95G.
This is a request is for 44 duplex units on approximately 8.14 acres. The property is
located west of South Shields Street, south of Bon Homme Richard Drive. The property
is zoned LMN — Low Density Mixed Use Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
