HomeMy WebLinkAboutHEARTHFIRE (HOFFMAN) PUD - PRELIMINARY (REVISED) - 31-95A - CORRESPONDENCE - PRIVATE ENTITIES (3)May 3, 1996 WHITING Mr. Jim Sell Jim Sell Design Inc. 117 East Mountain Avenue, Suite 200A Fort Collins, Colorado 80524 Re: Hearthfire PUD- Items yet to be Settled Dear Mr. Sell: This is written at the request of your Mr. Tom Dugan to outline the areas where Whiting and your firm need to work in order for Whiting not to oppose the subject development plans which were turned down by the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board on March 25th and are slated for appeal before the City Council on June 24, 1996. The main areas still of concern are as follows: 1. Safety setback from our wells # 30-2 and 30-14 must meet the recommendations expressed by the Oil & Gas Conservation Commission in their February 23, 1996 letter to Mr. Steve Olt at the City Planning Department. At the March 25, 1996 hearing you said you would comply with these recommendations. 2. Landscaping and fencing specifications must allow us to safely conduct our operations and be otherwise reasonable. We are still waiting on your draft plans in response to the letter sent to you on March 4, 1996. Please note that these and several other outstanding issues are noted in John Hazlett's February 12, 1996 letter to you. Very truly yours, Richard E.
