Uses include single family attached dwellings, townhomes, duplexes, mobile homes, and multiple family dwellings; group homes; boarding and rooming houses; fraternity and sorority houses; nursing homes; public and private schools; public and non-profit quasi -public recreational uses as a principal use; uses providing meeting places and places for public assembly with incidental office space; and child care centers. CRITERIA; The following applicable criterion must be answered "yes" and implemented within the development plan. 1. Collins, CO 80524 Dear Steve, The following is our justification for the points taken in the bonus section of the Residential Density Chart for the Hoffman PUD Preliminary. Attached is our revised points chart. Please note that we have reduced the number of points claimed in the revised chart to reflect the minimum required. Also, please refer to sheet three (3) of our submittal drawings for information on the Proposed Offsite Openspace Dedication. In addition, in our letter to the Board dated June 19, 1995, we indicated that the proposed residential area contained 67.55 acres.
