2. These values were obtained from the First Filing report from the calculations for Storm
Sewer Line 32 per Northern Engineering Services Inc. (included in Appendix G). The
alignment for the storm sewer shown in Appendix G is from the First Filing drainage
report. The alignment shown on our plans is the as -built condition.

5. HOA will be maintaining sidewalk culverts, therefore kept 6" PVC.
