The developerstlte Hoffman Planned Unit Development invite you to
participate in a wighborhood meeting on Thursday, July 27, 1995, from
7-0-to 9:00 p.irraf�die Ft. Collins City Council Chambers, City Hall West,
300 LaPorte Ave. We will present and discuss the refined plan which has
been submitted to the City of Ft. Collins. We are enclosing a reduced copy
of the, final plan, along with the concept plan which was presented at a
rt` previous meeting. The final submittal reflects several design changes which
were made in response Ao concerns voiced by the neighborhood. These
j(� revisions include:
• Removal of the access road from the Serramonte Highlands area to the
east.
• Establishment of a 50 foot easement along the eastern boundary with
Serramonte Highlands for landscape buffering and possible access to the
water tank.
• Shifting of the main west -side project entrance further to the north and
elimination of the Inverness Street extension into the project.
• Lotting revisions to reduce the number of houses along the County
Road 13 frontage, from 12 to 6.
We have extended an invitation to representatives of the Latimer County
Engineering and City and County Planning Departments to join us at this
meeting to help answer your questions. Thank you for your continuing interest
