Entrance to tract D from Blue Heron Way (now North Pointe Way) has been deleted. Ottertail Drive and Blue Heron Point leading into future multi -family tracts have been revised so they terminate in a public cul-de-sac. The future street exiting on the southeast is North Pointe Drive (68" ROW). The "typical private drive layout" is deleted from the revised plan. The actual, delineated wetland boundaries are shown on the revised Preliminary Site and Landscape Plan. The prior wetland impacts have been mitigated by the relocation of Big Sand Way and the change in lot layout. 10. Further contact with City Forester will be scheduled as necessary for on -site inspections of existing trees. 11. The general note about City review of proposed irrigation system has been added to the revised Preliminary Site and Landscape Plan. The final submittal will define areas for each landscape category. 12. Revised plans now show a secondary, emergency access on the west side, from County Road 13. Enclosed are six copies of the revised ODP and ten copies of the Preliminary Site and Landscape Plan dated (revised) September 6, 1995, and four copies of the Ute Ladies' -Tresses Orchid survey by Riverside Technology, Inc. Merrick Engineers and Architects are submitting their comments and revised preliminary plat drawings under separate cover. Overall Development Plan (July 12, 1995 comments) 1.
