Telephone facilities generally occupy rear lot utility easements, which must be located on terrain which permits trenching operations. The developer provides reusable conduit from the telephone pedestal at the property line to the location on each living unit where the inside wiring is stubbed out and where the power ground is accessible. C. Either tracts need to be described as utility easements, or the side and rear lot lines of those lots contiguous with the tracts must have utility easements added. 6.
