Dear Cameron Gloss,
In order to keep this project in the development review process, we are requesting the allowed
30-day extension for the re -submittal of Staff comments to Registry Ridge 41' Filing. After
several meetings with city staff we determined that the site plan should be reworked. We have
come up with a better concept but need more time to complete the revisions submittal. The
staff comment letter was date December 7, 2000. The 90-day deadline would be March 6,
2001, and we are requesting the 30-day extension date to be April 5, 2001.

Dear Ms. Linder,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the Registry Ridge, 4th Filing, resubmittal deadline. With a 30-day
extension to your previous deadline of March 6, 2001, the new deadline will be
April 5, 2001.
This will hopefully give your development team sufficient time to incorporate
comments received from staff in your revised site plan.
