A letter of intent will be provided for offsite grading.
Access ramps are shown on revised site plan and ramps at intersection of Nimtz Drive
and Bon Homme Richard Drive have been pulled back to the south outside of vehicular
movement.
Plat sheet 1 of 1 will be included in utility plan set.

Battan Drive has been renamed, the internal streets within Registry Ridge 4`h Filing will
be Nimtz Drive, Battan Drive, Battan Circle and Enterprise Drive.
The private drives and street layouts have been re -designed to comply with City
Standards.
RE: Utility Plan/Site Plan Comments
Revised General notes have been incorporated into this submittal.
The private drives and street layouts have been re -designed to comply with City
Standards.
Driveway cuts are now included along all private drives, and private drives are now in
alignment and do not intersect Battan Drive and Enterprise Drive at an offset.
Drainage across public walkways has been addressed.
Notes regarding limits of street repair@ have been added to the overall utility plan.
