construction easements over the entire area which will be Registry Ridge 3rd Filing. This will also
be used for Registry 2nd Filing.
We have reviewed all comments in the redline set, and do not feel that anything mentioned will be
a problem to accomodate in the Final design of the project.
Attached is a letter regarding comments from Stormwater Utility.

RE: Registry Ridge 2nd Filing
Response to City Comments
Dear Mike,
This letter is in response to the comments regarding engineering issues Northern Engineering
Services Inc. (NES) received regarding Registry Ridge 2nd Filing Preliminary. Other items related
to planning and landscaping will be addressed under separate cover by other consultants.
Primarily, our response will be to comments posed by, Stormwater, and Engineering.
Response to Engineering comments dated March 28, 1997:
Issues regarding the Cover Sheet:
We will incorporate all general notes regarding construction required by the City of Fort Collins,
and the Utility District on the cover sheet included in the Final Utility Plans. Project bench marks
will be referenced to Black Bolt.
Issues regarding the Final Plat
These comments have been referred to Landstar Surveying who will make sure that they are
addressed with the Final Plat.
Issues regarding Sheet 2 and 3 of 7 - Preliminary Overall Utility Plan
As we reviewed the comments, these would all seem to be planning issues. V*F Ripley has
revised the site plan. We will incorporate all of the site plan changes in the Final Utility plans for
this project.
Issues regarding Sheet 4 and 5 of 7 - Preliminary Grading
We can provide any necessary easements needed for grading, construction. The owner of 2nd
Filing is the same as the owner of the offsite parcel. Currently we are in the middle of Registry
Ridge 1 st Filing design, and it was our intent to obtain temporary grading, drainage, and
