Dear Mike,
Because several significant changes are being made related to Registry Ridge, the original
schedule and timing for processing this project can no longer be maintained, unfairly impacting
Jim Sell's planned workload. After discussions between the two of us, we agreed that from this
point forward, Vaught*Frye Architects will take over as planning consultant for this project.
Jim will continue to be available to answer questions you might have regarding any historical
information that has occurred on this project. All future correspondence regarding any new
business should be directed toward either Frank Vaught or Jim McCory.
We both appreciate you hard work and cooperation on this project. We will make every effort
to ensure that the change in the.planning consultant does not disrupt the planning process for this
project.
