Prentice Avenue Suite M 180 Englewood, CO 80111 RE: Proposed Day Care/Preschool in Registry Ridge PUD w Dear Mr. McCory: m Thank you for allowing us the opportunity of discussing with you the potential m for giving approximately 2-1/2 acres of land within your proposed development in a, Fort Collins to a non-profit organization for the purpose of establishing a day care/pre- school facility. I am meeting with several of our Missouri Synod Lutheran o Churches in Fort Collins next week to explore the option of their joining together to 4 establish and operate such a facility. The ability to have the land gifted to them `w would make this undertaking much more viable. N In preliminary discussions, it seems that the southwest location could be a c good one to service the present and future needs of the users of the facility. o We are very interested in pursuing this opportunity and look forward to work- 0 ing with you.
