The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, November 20,
1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning
to hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed projects
are commonly known as Registry Ridge Overall Development Plan, #32-95, and Registry Ridge
PUD, Phase I, Preliminary, 432-95A.
The applicant is requesting an Overall Development Plan for 702 residential dwelling units,
commercial site, school site, neighborhood park and open space on 244.4 acres, located at the
southwest corner of South Shields Street and Trilby Road, zoned rlp, Low Density Planned
Residential.
The applicant is also requesting Phase I, Preliminary for 510 single family lots on 196.05 acres,
located at the southwest corner of South Shields Street and Trilby Road, zoned rlp, Low Density
Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter,
as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this
proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area
based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require further
