and detached sidewalks from the intersection of South Shields to lot 119
and the proposed recreation area. The street transitions at this point to a
local street with a 54' R.O.W. with attached walks.
11. Due to a Swale between the Third and Fourth Filings, trail connections
would be difficult. The grading has been added to the site and landscape
plans to illustrate the grading in this area.
12. Redlines have been addressed. See revised landscape plan Planing Notes
numbers 6 and 11 for clarification of landscape installation.

Re: Response to staff comments: Registry Ridge PUD, 3'd Filing, Final
Dear Steve,
We have reviewed staff comments dated June 5, 2000, and have the following
responses:
1. Acknowledged.
2. Natural Resources:
a. The landscape plan has been divided into two sheets, showing the
entire site.
b. See Sheet 3 for seed mix tables. We have consulted with Cedar
Creek Associates for these mixes. The same tables have been
placed on the utility plans as well.
C. See seed mix tables.
d. Off -site easements are being investigated.
e. See revised utility plans addressing these concerns.
3. Engineering:
The enhanced crosswalk type has been called out on the plans as
requested. Northern Engineering has addressed the cul-de sac vs. inlets
issue and access ramps have been revised on all the plans.
4. Stormwater:
See revised Utility Plans and Drainage Report.
