Development Plan
Dear Mike,
This resubmittal shows several changes on the site plan as well as the O.D.P. These are the
following amendments to the O.D.P.:
1. Reduced the total approved number of dwelling units from 702 to 608. The overall
density remains at 3.0 d.u. / acre.
2. Changed Parcels `A' and `Q' bubbles to reflect lower number of units in these areas.
3. Moved access onto Trilby Road east approx. 1000 feet.
4. Combined the commercial and multi -family parcels (`C' and `G'), showing a range in
acreage for the commercial from 3 to 5 acres.
5. Added a label on Parcel `N' as "Natural Area / Residential" and added a footnote with
language regarding purchase agreement with the City.
The modifications to the site and landscape plans reflect the changes to the O.D.P. and are
summarized as follows:
1. Moved Ranger Drive 1000 feet east and renamed it Wainwright Drive.
2. Eliminated Wainwright Court west of Ranger Drive and lots in that area.
3. Changed the outer boundary to remove future commercial and multi -family parcels from
the first filing.
4. The overall number of lots in the first filing has been decreased from 229 d.u. to 203 d.u.
6. The collector street system was modified to allow for the changes to the lots.
