The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, September 25,
1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly
known as Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity - NCB Site Plan Review, #34-95.
The applicant is requesting an expansion of parking lot and other modifications to bring two former
single family residences into conformance with requirements for a Fraternity Home located at 402
and 406 West Laurel Street and zoned NCB, Neighborhood Conservation Buffer District..
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input
in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of
this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area,
plus others in the general area who may be interested based on current County Assessor's records.
