Re: Great Dane Subdivision Sewer Easement
Dear Ted:
On August 18, 1997, Dick Rutherford of Stewart & Associates requested a sewer across
the Spring Creek Trail to serve Lot 2 of Great Dane Minor Subdivision. I was informed by
the planning department that the Great Dane Subdivision was still being reviewed under
the new system which has eliminated minor subdivisions and informed Dick of the same
in a letter dated 9/9/97.
Upon approval of the Great Dane Subdivision, the Right -of -Way Dept. intends to submit
to council for approval a sewer easement for Lot 2 as described on the approved plat.
