the 12" pipe under the bike path.
RESPONSE:
There were no further comments on the drainage reports, so the reports will remain at
Stormwater.

2. The design flow for the inlet at the south side of the parking lot must be documented.
The flow contributing to this design point must include basins I, II, and III. Please show

7. Discussing how to process the request to end the street without a cul-de-sac. We are looking
at the code to determine as to whether it will/can be processed as a compliance review or if it will

1. Please delete the reference to "Minor" in both the title and the block on the right side of
the sheet.
2. Please add a note to the plat stating the following:
"Residential structures on this plat are required to be equipped with an approved,
automatic fire extinguishing system by order of the City En inegr and Fire Marshal

3. A retaining wall is being proposed on the north property line that may impact the abutting
property owner during construction. An easement should be obtained from this property
