Staff Review comments
I took notes for you at staff review. Here they are:
Fox Meadows Apts/retail
Engineering (Dave) and Advance Planning (Clark) - Install a pedestiran refuge by extending the nose of
the Timberline median.
Stormwater- The Stormwater department is negotiating the a pipe size with the applicant. It's not a big
enough issue to hold them back from going to hearing.

Great Dane @ Morning Side Villa
Engineering (Sheri)
1. They need an engineering variance for the cul-de-sac, but it will only be granted upon recommendation
from Poudre Fire Authority.
2. They need to obtain easement documents from city (for the easements on city property) before the
hearing.
3. In the applicant's responce letter to staff comments, they refer to staffs "comment #2" without an
explaination of what the comment is. Sheri has no idea what this is referring to.
4. Written text says there are 10 parking spaces, but the utility plans show 8 spaces. Please clarify and
check that the site plan matches the utility plans.
Stormwater (Glen)
1. They need a 15" pipe in the drainage easement.
2. Show the floodplain. Glen would like them to show the new floodplain based on the new rainfall data.
