On Thursday, November 16, 1995 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
an administrative hearing to consider the request for an I-L Site Plan Review known as Evergreen
Park, Lot 16, Block 4, Traffic MastersNogel Concrete, I-L Site Plan Review, #38-95.
The applicant is requesting 6,090 s.f. of warehouse use, 500 s.f. of office use and 2,400 s.f. of storage
use on .9068 acre. The site is located north of Conifer Street on Blue Spruce Drive and zoned IL,
Limited Industrial.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
